Ordered a 1970s Hermes Baby as I've wanted one for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with it. The restoration job is excellent, and it functions almost like it was brand new. All of the key action feels smooth and tight, making it a pleasure to type on. And there are barely any scratches or other signs of age/wear. The folks at El Granero are wonderful to work with too. The shipping took a bit longer than expected, but Ania was extremely responsive to my inquiries and was able to make some adjustments to the shipping method while it was in transit which helped minimize the shipping delay. Speaking of the delivery, the typewriter was very well packed in multiple layers of boxes and bubble wrap. I would definitely buy another typewriter from El Granero when I am ready to add to my collection.
